Kenya’s Presidential debate gets underway in a few minutes with one of the main candidates absent. Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will not attend the debate according to his campaign secretariat, which says Odinga cannot share a platform with his opponent Deputy President William Ruto whom they accuse of lack of integrity.
